I lost my download link

Resend it to the address you paid with. It works for direct and marketplace purchases, and it only ever goes to that address.

I want a refund

Within 30 days of a direct purchase, the refund form refunds you straight away with your order ID and purchase email. For a WarriorPlus or other marketplace purchase, use the same form or write to support@allyotter.com; we issue the refund through that marketplace. A refund ends access to the kit.

What will my card statement show?

Your card statement will show REVENUEPAK* ALLYOTTER, and the Stripe receipt comes from RevenuePack, AllyOtter's parent company.

What do I need to run the kit?

A compatible version of Claude Code, Codex or Claude Desktop with MCP tools enabled. Ordinary chat-only tabs cannot execute the toolkit; AI service costs are separate. No browser extension and no network passwords: the kit prepares each network's submission pack and you paste it in yourself. Lite runs in any MCP client.

Where is ThreadFox?

Every paid AllyOtter order includes everything in ThreadFox, our Reddit toolkit. In your AllyOtter library, press Open your ThreadFox library: it opens your own ThreadFox library at threadfox.vip with its downloads, lessons and Reddit Launch Pack. Open it from that button each time. The Reddit tools need Chrome, Microsoft's free Playwright Extension and your own Reddit account. Bought ThreadFox? Your AllyOtter library opens the same way from your ThreadFox library.

What should I get first?

A local launch workspace built from your saved product brief: an affiliate page, program decisions, promotion drafts, a reviewer handoff and a submission pack. Missing facts stay marked so you can finish them. You review the material before submitting.

The tools are missing after installation

Unzip the entire download, run its installer and restart your AI app. In a terminal, allyotter doctor checks the installed version and data folder. In your AI app, ask it to call allyotter_doctor. If your app cannot find that tool, follow the registration and troubleshooting steps in START-HERE.md.

I already saved my business in ThreadFox

Ask your AI to reuse the result of threadfox_business when saving your AllyOtter product brief. Product description, audience and website can carry across; price, commission and program terms still need your actual facts.

Will I get approved or make sales?

We can't promise either. Reviewers decide, and sales depend on your product. Our own result, WarriorPlus approval and two observed $49 WarriorPlus sales, is told in the case study so you can see the steps.
