WarriorPlus: what it takes to get approved.

Original digital products (software, courses, ebooks, templates) in online-business/internet-marketing niches sold as launch funnels with affiliate commissions; resale-rights (PLR/MRR/RR) products only as private listings.

Networks change their rules. Every point below links to its source and the date we read it; check it the day you submit.

Who it suits

Internet-marketing / make-money-online buyers and launch-driven affiliates (JV partners) who pick offers from the marketplace, Deal of the Day and launch calendars.

Fees

Standard: 4.9% + $0.10 per transaction; no account or listing fee. 30-day-volume discounts for vendor score >= 60 and good standing: $1,000+ 4.5%, $2,500+ 3.9%, $10,000+ 3.5%, $25,000+ 2.9%, $50,000+ 2.5%, $100,000+ 2.0% (page updated 2026-01-30). Merchant of Record pilot (invite/application only): 9.9% + $0.50 per purchase, $20 per chargeback opened + $20 to fight (non-refundable). On a refund through WarriorPlus, fees and commissions are returned to the vendor. By enabling affiliates the vendor agrees WarriorPlus is also an affiliate at the same commission rate (ToS). PayPal/Stripe processor fees are separate (vendor's own merchant account).

What reviewers check on the sales page

Affiliate page and affiliate info

Offer > Affiliate Program section (help): basic affiliate details, affiliate contact email, update list connection, Affiliate Program Accelerator, rules for affiliate requests and auto-approval. Observed fields: 'Affiliate General Information' (512 characters max), 'Program Details URL' (external JV page), 'Affiliate Contact Email', Affiliate Program toggle, 'Allow Requests', 'Enable Auto-Approval'. The public affiliate signup page https://warriorplus.com/aff-offer/o/<offer code> (link generated from Offer Settings > Affiliate Sign-up, optional SubID) shows price range, commission (e.g. '$24.50 (50%)') and categories. Commission Rules: time-limited, multi-tiered, affiliate-purchase, plus per-affiliate custom rates; JV contracts cannot be used to send sales to yourself.

Delivery

Product Access: download file and/or Access URL (thank-you/delivery page). Custom Integration: Notification URL (IPN) and Key Generation URL (same endpoint allowed, observed), optional IPN data sent to the delivery URL. POST vars include WP_ACTION (sale/refund/dispute, plus subscr_* for recurring), WP_SALE ('sale_' id), WP_ITEM_NAME, WP_ITEM_NUMBER, WP_BUYER_NAME/EMAIL/IP, WP_SALE_AMOUNT, WP_SALE_CURRENCY (always USD), WP_SALE_FEE, WP_SALE_EARNINGS_(AFF|AFF2|JV|VENDOR|WPFEE), WP_TXNID, WP_SALEID, WP_PAYMETHOD, WP_PAYMENT_STATUS, IPN_ID, IPN_RCPT_TYPE (vend/aff), optional WP_AFFID, WP_SID/WP_TID, WP_SECURITYKEY. Keygen response text is shown to the buyer on WarriorPlus's delivery page (observed). Response/retry behaviour not documented. Built-in integrations: WishList Member, DAP, Kajabi, aMember, OptimizeMentor, OptimizePress, Nanacast, ProductDyno, Zapier.

Reviewer access

Product Access > 'Admin Access Info' field on the product (observed: a $0 access link); Deal of the Day article also says to provide links and access information in the product editor so the team can view the product. Compliance may additionally request a private screencast walkthrough proving each sales-page claim (observed as required on 2026-09-25).

Approval

All offers manually reviewed; 'Generally, offers are reviewed within 1-3 business days'; resubmissions re-reviewed in 1-3 business days; submit at least 7 business days before launch; undisclosed submission cooldowns based on account activity/revenue. Outcomes: approved (public), approved for private sale only, rejected, or revisions requested (via the Approval thread in the offer editor). Vendors with a previously approved offer can sell before approval; a first offer cannot even run a test purchase until approved. Observed: '[OFFER APPROVAL]' mail 2026-09-25 09:10 was a Pending notice asking for fixes; 'Current Approval Status: Approved' 2026-09-26 04:23 UTC, about 1 day after resubmission. APPROVED != LIVE: offer stayed 'Closed' ('This offer is not yet active...', buy page 'Product ... is currently unavailable') until Activate > Launch Now; then 'This offer is currently active and public.'

Affiliate approval

Affiliates must apply per offer; approval is entirely the vendor's decision (WarriorPlus staff do not approve affiliate requests). Vendor sees requests at Vendor > My Affiliates and by email; can set Allow Requests and Enable Auto-Approval. Observed 2026-09-26: auto-approval requires affiliate >= 10 sales, <= 5% refunds and score >= 60 (minimum sales cannot be set below 10), so new affiliates are held for manual Approve; published help gives no numbers, only that some vendors approve 'depending on your Affiliate Score'. WarriorPlus is automatically an affiliate at the same rate (ToS); first sale observed credited 'Affiliate: warriorplus'. Affiliates need 5 unique buyers before withdrawals.

Marketplace visibility

Offer must be approved for public (not private-sale-only), Public toggle ON (Availability section: public marketplace / affiliate offers page), and activated with a start date (Activate > Launch Now, observed). Deal of the Day: toggle ON in offer settings, approved offer, manual daily pick weighing refunds/chargebacks/conversion ('If you do not offer refunds, there is a 99% chance we will not feature your offer'). Resale-rights (PLR/MRR/RR) front-end products: private listing only (substantially modified PLR may be excepted). Free front-end offers: auto-approval for public display disabled; need good standing, good vendor score and solid recent revenue.

Refunds

Vendor sets the refund policy on the product (ToS: 'any length (including no returns allowed)'), but compliance requires the policy to be clear (front end vs upsells) and DotD effectively needs refunds. Vendor issues refunds: Transactions > eye icon > 'Refund Buyer'; full amount only, no partial refunds. On refund, WarriorPlus fee and affiliate commissions return to the vendor (commission pulled from affiliate wallet); affiliates are only required to cover refunds requested within 60 days, beyond that the vendor pays the full refund. Chargebacks: funds frozen; if lost, money is taken from the vendor's Stripe/PayPal (fees/commissions usually returned). Observed: page refund wording must match the WarriorPlus disclaimer (requests go to the vendor; refunds issued through WarriorPlus). MoR offers: WarriorPlus may refund to forestall chargebacks.
